1. Full payment for sponsorship or partnership is due at the time of agreement registration unless agreed upon otherwise by administration.

  2. PSPS USA can conduct sponsor advertisement whether the sponsor is present or not.

  3. Should the event be cancelled a full refund will be provided within 30 days.

  4. PSPS USA reserves the right to deny sponsorship with overdue balances.

  5. Vendors are to present their products, services, and personnel in a professional manner.

  6. PSPS USA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Vendors are to monitor their exhibit.

  7. Vendor may not exhibit, advertise or sell anything other than what was agreed upon at time of sponsor registration.

  8. No exhibition or solicitation is permitted outside of the vendor's designated space unless approved by the administration staff.

  9. Any behavior that is disruptive or distracting is prohibited.

  10. No recorded or live music may be played in the exhibit area unless approved by the administration staff.

  11. Space sharing, subletting, or unauthorized space re-assignment is prohibited

  12. Smoking, alcohol and other drug use is prohibited.

  13. Interference with the exhibits of others is prohibited.

  14. Vendors may not alter the location of the exhibit.

  15. PSPS USA reserves the right to make changes as needed.
