-Prayer Team ~ Cover the event in prayer
-Ushering Team ~ Crowd control, seating and order
- Protocol Team ~ Crowd control, event order and security
-Welcome Team ~ Direct attendees upon arrival and throughout
-Medical Team ~ Care for those that need medical attention
-Media Team ~ Partner to photograph and video event
-Logistics Team ~ Set up, break down and sanitation of event
-Hospitality Team ~ Assist with decor set up, maintenance and breakdown as well as sanitation
-Registration Team ~ Check in registrants upon arrival
-Legal Team ~ Legal professional direction
